Choose LAS / LAZ or explore the synthetic corridor.Capture native XYZ in linked plan and profile views.
Local files stay in your browser. Class 2 defines the ground.
Polyline vertices follow the active elevation source; ground calculates Z, and cloud snap uses a bounded exact return. Point, Symbol and Polygon accept explicit native XYZ overrides.
Load a cloud first, then use Open orthophoto. No photo loaded.
Top view reference only; matching projected EPSG required. Imagery supplies no Z. Your active elevation source determines capture; cloud snap retains the return's XYZ.
1. Open a classified cloud or try the synthetic example.2. Choose a layer and elevation source.3. Place points, symbols, polylines or polygon outlines. Right-click inside a view commits and ends a valid polyline/polygon; incomplete drafts are discarded. Enter with a view focused or Finish commits and keeps the command active. A polygon needs three distinct vertices. Escape cancels.4. Connect placed points joins existing points and symbols along a two-pick path; set its own full connection width, then accept the preview.5. Wire works in profile: two cloud endpoints, then a sag return below the chord. Right-click ends Wire and discards incomplete picks. Segments are 1 ftUS (0.3048006096012192 m), or 1 ft in international feet.Scroll zooms at the cursor; middle drag pans. Select a feature to delete it. Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z undo / redo.Saved projects link the source cloud; reselect it when restoring. No coordinates are reprojected or converted.
Profile ground/entered-Z placement uses the profile centerline. Cloud snap retains actual return XYZ. Height above ground is a display measurement, not file-native elevation.
Clouds, orthophotos, settings and exports stay on your computer. No upload, analytics or remote imagery. Only the cursor style is remembered in localStorage; all working files and geometry remain in tab memory. Save project and export before closing. Projects link source files without embedding cloud or image bytes; reselect matching files on Restore. Canceling source selection preserves the current work.
Retained cloud: at most 5 million deterministically sampled returns from up to 150 million source points. Display is capped at 180,000 points; snap searches use bounded visible retained candidates, not every source return. LAZ input is limited to 256 MB and needs extra decoding memory. Ground uses a bounded class-2 regular-grid surface, not a survey TIN. No reprojection, unit conversion, COPC or waveform interpretation. Independently verify geometry and elevations. Real-survey accuracy, large-LAZ capacity and native CAD interoperability have not been verified for this integration.
Report bug opens a separate form. Only information you deliberately submit there is sent; this desk never attaches working files or settings. Source, rebuild and validation notes.
