Using PDF Combine

Add files, add a folder, or drop PDFs on the sheet. They sort by name.
Drag cards to reorder. Expand a multi-page file to move, rotate or delete single pages.
Set the Output name and press Combine. Pages are copied as-is, not re-rendered.

Selecting

Click selects. Ctrl-click toggles, Shift-click selects a range, Ctrl+A selects all. Delete removes the selection from the set, not from disk. Enter or double-click opens a preview.

Also on this sheet

Rotate, Blank, Extract (selection to one PDF), Split (one PDF per card, zipped), Issue set (stamp, transmittal, sheet index, flatten), Extract comments / Apply responses (Excel redline log) and preview markup (note, highlight, box, cloud, text).

Where files go

In Chrome and Edge, Add folder lets results save beside the source PDFs; otherwise you get a Save dialog. Other browsers download. Source files are never overwritten.

Not a full editor

This sheet merges, reorders and downloads. It does not edit page text or images. There is no page or file cap; very large sets are limited by your browser's memory.

What stays here / what leaves

Your files never leave this browser. Nothing is uploaded to this site. Your files stay on this computer; the issue line, output name, and reply name are remembered in this browser. Cookieless page-view analytics go to Cloudflare. That beacon does not include file contents, file names, or anything you type.
