Booth Planner guide

Arrange equipment on a booth floor, then double-click a table to arrange displays on its working surface.

Plan and edit

Use Booth setup to choose dimensions, open sides, customer style, notes and obstacle or keep-clear areas. Equipment quantities limit how many items you can place. Add custom equipment with measured dimensions when the example kit does not match yours.

Drag an item or select it to edit its position and rotation. Arrow keys move the selection one inch; Shift moves six inches. R rotates, Delete removes, and Ctrl/Cmd+Z undoes. Use the Booth button to return from tabletop editing. On a phone, open Equipment or Selected item to show the side panels.

Suggestions and review

Generate layouts proposes arrangements for your current kit. Review the warnings before choosing one. Review & setup provides diagrams, measured positions and a packing list. Print that review using your browser; use the written dimensions because print scaling changes the physical size of diagrams. Clearance checks do not analyze a complete walking route or certify compliance with event rules.

Save and transfer

Drafts save automatically in this browser. Plans lets you name a snapshot, duplicate a plan, or start another. More → Export plan JSON downloads a portable backup; Import plan JSON opens it as another plan. Tabletop display libraries have separate import/export controls.

Privacy and storage

Files and calculations stay in the browser. There are no accounts or analytics on this tool. Clearing browser storage removes local plans. Private browsing, blocked storage or storage limits can prevent saving; watch the save status and export JSON to keep a copy. Preview and production store plans separately. Product references are not fetched automatically.
